10.1 Requesting the Controller to allot funds and to draw warrants against such funds available or will be available in payment of the following claims against the SFMTA:

A. Marie Tatman vs. CCSF, Superior Ct. #CGC17556960 filed on 2/6/17 for $6,000

B. Don Travis Carey vs. CCSF, Superior Ct. #CGC17559282 filed on 6/2/17 for $17,500

C. Lorraine Casto vs. CCSF, Superior Ct. #CGC17561873 filed on 10/13/17 for $50,000 (Explanatory documents include a resolution.)

10.2 Approving the following traffic modifications:

A. ESTABLISH – 2-HOUR PARKING, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8 AM TO 6 PM, EXCEPT VEHICLES WITH AREA Q PERMITS – Central Avenue, both sides, between Haight Street and Page Street.

B. ESTABLISH – RED ZONE – Fitzgerald Avenue, north side, from 8 feet to 30 feet west of Hawes Street.

C. ESTABLISH – PERPENDICULAR PARKING – Fitzgerald Avenue, north side, from 40 feet to 460 feet west of Hawes Street.

D. ESTABLISH – NO LEFT OR U-TURNS – Potrero Avenue, northbound, at 22nd Street.

E. ESTABLISH – NO LEFT TURN, 7 AM TO 7 PM – Potrero Avenue, northbound, at 22nd Street.

F. ESTABLISH – NO U-TURN – Potrero Avenue, northbound, at 25th Street.

G. RESCIND – TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME EXCEPT PERMITTED CAR SHARE VEHICLES – Dolores Street, west side, from 25 feet to 45 feet south of 18th Street .

H. ESTABLISH – PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 8 AM TO 8 PM, DAILY – Dolores Street, west wide, from 12 feet to 45 feet south of 18th Street.

I. ESTABLISH – RED ZONE – Cortland Avenue, north side, from 3 feet to 24 feet east of Anderson Street.

J. ESTABLISH – RED ZONE – Cortland Avenue, south side, from Gates Street to 22 feet westerly.

K. ESTABLISH – 4-HOUR PARKING, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – Phelps Street, both sides, from Evans Street to Fairfax Avenue.

L. ESTABLISH – 4-HOUR PARKING, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – Fairfax Avenue, both sides, from Phelps Street to 3rd Street (Explanatory documents include a staff report and resolution. For every parking and traffic modification that received a categorical exemption, the proposed action is the Approval Action as defined by Chapter 31 of the San Francisco Administrative Code.)

10.3 Amending Transportation Code, Division II, Sections 201 and 203 to: (1) authorize the City Traffic Engineer to install signs prohibiting parking for street cleaning on the dates and times requested by the Department of Public Works, (2) revise signage or red curb marking requirements for parking restrictions near fire hydrants, (3) require SFMTA Board of Directors approval to close a street to vehicular traffic for other than ISCOTT permitted events, and (4) revise the procedure for a Final SFMTA Decision that is subject to San Francisco Board of Supervisors review. (Explanatory documents include a staff report, resolution and amendment.)

11. Presentation and discussion regarding rail service

12. Presentation and discussion regarding responsibilities of Board Members under Federal Securities Laws when approving Bond Official Statements.

13. Awarding Contract No. SFMTA-2018-39-A and SFMTA-2018-39-B, As-Needed Specialized Training Services, to Moran Consulting and DTUI.com, respectively for specialized training in customer service, incident de-escalation and management of implicit bias, as well as coaching for supervisors and managers, each for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000, and a term of five years, with options to extend each contract.

14. Discussion and vote pursuant to Administrative Code Section 67.10(d) as to whether to invoke the attorney-client privilege and conduct a closed session conference with legal counsel.  RECESS REGULAR MEETING AND CONVENE CLOSED SESSION
